Greenitco CMMS

Computerized Maintenance Management System Greenitco CMMS plans, assigns and proves every maintenance job, from the first sensor alert to the signed-off work order. Assets, preventive schedules, spare parts, vendors and audits live in one system.

10 core modules and 68 capabilities, on web, Android and iOS. Built on the Greenitco platform by GreenITco Technologies.

What is a computerized maintenance management system?

A computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is software that keeps a central record of an organization's assets and manages the maintenance carried out on them. It schedules preventive work, turns faults into work orders, tracks spare parts, labor and cost, and reports reliability measures such as MTTR and MTBF so teams can cut unplanned downtime.

Greenitco CMMS is the maintenance product in the Greenitco platform from GreenITco Technologies. It covers the ten feature areas buyers expect in a modern CMMS and connects them to IT asset management and an ITIL service desk, so a fault reported by a user, a reading from a sensor and a calendar schedule all end up as the same kind of work order.

How Greenitco CMMS works, from asset to answer

Maintenance is a loop. Each completed job makes the next plan better.

  1. Register the asset

Add each asset to the registry, place it in the hierarchy and tag it with a QR code, barcode or RFID.

  2. Plan the maintenance

Set calendar, meter or usage schedules and attach a template with the tasks, parts and safety steps.

  3. Detect the fault

A due schedule, a sensor alert or a service desk request raises a work order automatically.

  4. Do the work

The technician gets the job on the mobile app, uses reserved parts, records time and photos, and signs off.

  5. Measure and improve

Closed work orders update MTTR, MTBF, cost and the asset health score.

Step 5 feeds step 2: the results of each job tune the next schedule.

Enterprise features that large maintenance teams must have

Four capabilities separate an enterprise CMMS from a work order app.

CMMS questions, answered

Have a different question? Ask the Greenitco team.

What is a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)?

A computerized maintenance management system is software that stores a central record of an organization's assets and manages the maintenance done on them. It schedules preventive work, creates and tracks work orders, manages spare parts, and reports measures such as MTTR, MTBF and downtime.

What does Greenitco CMMS include?

Greenitco CMMS includes ten core modules: asset management, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, inventory and spare parts, a mobile application, facility management, vendor and contractor management, compliance and audit, and reporting and analytics. Enterprise features add workflow automation, service desk integration, artificial intelligence and GIS integration.

What is the difference between a CMMS and EAM software?

A CMMS focuses on maintenance: work orders, preventive schedules and spare parts. Enterprise asset management (EAM) software covers the whole asset lifecycle, adding procurement, finance and disposal. Greenitco CMMS covers maintenance and extends into lifecycle tracking, depreciation and procurement.

What is the difference between preventive and predictive maintenance?

Preventive maintenance is done on a fixed plan, based on a calendar, a meter reading or usage. Predictive maintenance is done when condition data, such as vibration or temperature from a sensor, shows that a failure is developing. Greenitco CMMS supports both and raises a work order in either case.

How are MTTR and MTBF calculated?

MTTR, mean time to repair, is total repair time divided by the number of repairs. MTBF, mean time between failures, is total uptime divided by the number of failures. Greenitco CMMS calculates both from completed work orders.

Does Greenitco CMMS have a mobile app that works offline?

Yes. Greenitco CMMS has Android and iOS apps with an offline mode. Technicians can scan barcodes, capture images, record voice notes and collect a digital signature without signal, and the app syncs when the device is back online.

Can Greenitco CMMS connect to IoT sensors?

Yes. The predictive maintenance module takes readings from connected IoT sensors for condition monitoring, including vibration analysis and temperature monitoring. When a reading crosses its limit, the system sends an alert and can open a work order.

Does Greenitco CMMS help with ISO 55001, ISO 9001 and OSHA audits?

Greenitco CMMS keeps the records auditors ask for: audit trails, CAPA management, controlled documents and maintenance history. These support ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 55001 and OSHA compliance programmes. Certification itself is issued to your organization by an accredited body.

Is Greenitco CMMS connected to a service desk?

Yes. Greenitco CMMS includes ITIL service desk processes: incident management, problem management, change management and service request management. A fault reported by a user can become a maintenance work order without re-entering data.

How does Greenitco CMMS compare with IBM Maximo, SAP EAM and MaintainX?

IBM Maximo and SAP EAM are enterprise EAM suites with deep capability that, in GreenITco's assessment, cost more and take longer to implement. MaintainX and UpKeep are mobile-first tools that are quick to adopt. Greenitco CMMS offers predictive maintenance, AI, inventory and compliance features together with a built-in ITIL service desk.

How much does Greenitco CMMS cost?

Pricing depends on the modules, number of sites and number of users you need. Book a demo to get a quote for your setup.
