We are at the heart of driving positive change in the communities connected to us. In FY '24 we committed 953 crores as CSR spend with 7.1 million beneficiaries. 143K+ and volunteered 6.7 million hours to bring in lasting positive impact to people.
Health & Wellbeing
We prioritize our associates' health and mental wellbeing. Through programs like Fit4life, we promote a fitness culture by encouraging participation in events like Yoga sessions and marathons for a holistic future. In the past year, 140,000 Fit4lifers traversed 50 million+ kms, and 45,000 took part in Yoga.
